How to Find Us:

By Car

Most people come to us from the M6, which runs up the western side of Britain. Come off at Junction 36 (Kendal) A592, this road becomes the A591 that leads directly into Windermere.

As you arrive in Windermere, ignore the first left turn by the train station and instead carry on 60m and take the next left into Elleray Road. Continue down this road for 50-60m then take the first right into College Road. We are on the right next to the Waverley hotel.

By Train or Bus

Turn left out of the station , past the Tourist information centre. Turn left and cross over in front of the Lakes Hotel to High Street. Walk down High Street, cross the main road into College Road. Holly Lodge is at the bottom next to the Waverley.
